Whats included in this course

  • LIFTS COVERED

    The 6 main lifts are covered including: Swing, Clean, Snatch, High pull, Squat, Shoulder press and Turkish Get-Up Clean.

  • TECHNIQUE

    We focus heavily on the technique and progressions of these key lifts that are the foundation for all other kettlebell movements.

  • NOT AN INSTRUCTOR

    If you are Just looking to improve your technique using kettlebells then you can do so within this course.

  • When does this course run?

    This course is a blended learning qualification. You will have access content on our online platform plus 5 weeks on live ZOOM lessons These will take place every Thursday @ 11am

  • Do I need a Kettlebell?

    Yes As you will be training from your home you will need your own kettlebell

  • Will I get an accredited certification

    Only if you sign up for this will you receive an accredited certification. You will need to pay an additional €50 in order to get registered

  • Im not a fitness instructor/personal trainer. Can I still do this course?

    100% This is a great course to learn the skills of kettlebell training as if you were an instructor.
